MIO 100 RULES The MIO 100! Brocathletes must finish the obstacle course as fast as possible. There are time penalties for things not done the correct way. SPIRIT OF THE GAME CLAUSE: If a Brocathlete decides to take an approach to the obstacle course that is against the core tenets of competition then Bryce will make a unilateral decision on a significant time punishment.
