Stone Cold Beer Mile

4 laps, 4 beers. The beer will be in red solo cups and must be ENTIRELY consumed before the runner begins to run.
- The cup must be dumped on one’s head before they begin running. If a not insignificant amount comes out, at least 30 seconds will be added. If it happens more than once, a timing decision will be made at the end of the beer mile for relevant punishment up to and including disqualification.
Fastest time wins
ANY amount of puking results in 90 seconds time added at the end
BRUCE CLAUSE: any person who does not start start or finish the Beer Mile, barring an act of god, will receive -1 point
